美联储维持QE政策不变 黄金大涨

美联储9月会议中维持0-0.25%利率不变，维持每月购债850亿美元资产规模不变。
伯南克主席在会议后的新闻发布会上表示虽然美国长期失业率依然较高，但经济下行风险已经很大程度上消退。重申失业率并非决定QE缩减的门槛，并且再次重申在失业率离6.5%水平相距甚远的时候，美联储可能不会上调利率，同时如果通胀长期处于2%目标水平以下，美联储可能也不会上调利率。预期美国经济将温和增长。
关于QE政策方面，伯南克表示有可能在今年开始缩减QE，且可能发生在没有新闻发布会的美联储议息会议上。具体情况仍将取决于美国经济基本面的发展，强调QE缩减没有设定好的确定路径。
伯南克同时对于即将到来的美国债务上限仍然充满担忧，他多次提到债务上限会对经济下行造成风险。目前市场预期美国将于10月中旬触及债务上限。
美联储按兵不动推动非美货币及大宗商品强劲反弹。利率决议公布后，非美货币涨幅普遍都在100基点以上。道琼斯FXCM美元指数大跌回落至6月低位。值得一提的是，新兴市场货币对美元也出现了强劲反弹，其中，巴西里尔对美元上涨3.1%，墨西哥比索对美元上涨2.1%。美联储维持QE规模不变提振道指、标普刷新历史新高，道琼斯指数收盘上涨0.95%。报于15676.94；纳斯达克收盘上涨1.01%，报于3783.64；标普500收盘上涨1.22%，报于1725.52。商品价格也大幅上涨，现货黄金在利率决议后拉升超过50美元，现报1362.31美元/盎司。纽约原油期货收盘上涨2.5%，报于108.07美元/桶。
在今日凌晨美联储宣布维持QE规模不变后，黄金大涨超过50美元。分析师表示，美联储维持宽松规模不变令长期通胀风险上升。高盛表示，由于美联储推迟缩减QE，黄金短期看高，但是维持黄金2014年底看跌的预期。值得一提的是黄金市场早在美联储公布决议前三分钟就开始涌入大量买单。现货金现报1364.4美元/盎司，短期支撑关注1350，短期阻力关注上周高点1400整数关口附近。
