FED黄皮书：美国经济7、8两月以“适度到温和”速度增长

美国联邦储备委员会周三公布的辖区经济状况调查显示，最近几个月美国经济以适度到温和的速度扩张，主要受汽车和住房消费支出推动。
周三公布的黄皮书总结了美联储所辖12个区域7月初到8月下旬的经济状况。报告的看法大体是积极的。其中八个辖区报告经济温和增长，三个出现适度增长，芝加哥联邦储备银行表示，其所辖地区经济活动有所改善。
返校购物提振了整体消费开支，尤其是在波士顿、堪萨斯城和达拉斯地区。纽约地区消费支出情况喜忧参半，其余辖区的消费支出只呈现适度增长。大多数辖区的旅游业出现扩张。报告说，需求上升的部分原因是汽车销量和住房相关商品销量上升。尽管如此，部分辖区表示，消费者仍持谨慎态度，并“对价格高度敏感”。
由于此次黄皮书发布的时间距本月17至18日的美联储政策会议只有两周，因此美联储官员有可能将这份报告以及本周五公布的8月份非农就业等指标作为判断美国经济复苏程度的基础。如果美国经济复苏足够强劲，那么美联储将开始逐步退出非常规经济刺激操作。
