美对叙动武草案表决 国际黄金受提振

【美国对叙利亚动武草案】
据法新社报道，美国参议院外交关系委员会的高层议员已于9月3日就授权对叙利亚动武草案初步达成协议，同意美国对叙利亚实施最长90天时限的打击，但禁止美国向叙利亚派出地面部队。
据报道，美国参院外交委员会会在当地时间9月4日就对叙动武草案进行表决。但包括外交委员会主席梅内德斯在内的参院高层议员3日已就对叙动武初步达成协议。
报道称，该协议将会把美国对叙利亚的军事行动的时间总长度限制在60天内，此外若获得总统奥巴马授权，可能还有30天的延长期。
此外协议还将明确提出，禁止美国向叙利亚派出地面部队。
美参院共和党议员考克在一份声明中指出，国会给出有限授权，以限制美国在叙利亚军事行动的范围和持续时间。同时，还要求奥巴马政府提供针对叙利亚问题的更广泛计划。
西方国家近日指控叙利亚政府军对平民使用化武，美国总统奥巴马随后宣布，美国应对叙利亚采取军事行动，但须先征得国会授权。
随后，奥巴马接连多日把国会议员请进白宫亲自游说。美国国务卿克里、国防部长哈格尔、美军参谋长联席会议主席邓普西3日出席参议院外交关系委员会听证会，为对叙动武造声势。

昨日因以色列试射2枚导弹，对叙利亚局势造成恐慌，且令黄金价格受到支持，收市前金价一路飙升。
消息称美国参议院同意对叙利亚实施打击，黄金就开始上升，而美国股市之前的涨幅则开始消散。
在地区出现争端的情况下，投资者们都倾向于投资黄金这种有保值价值的资产。
黄金即将发挥避险作用，短期内，预计叙利亚局势将持续对黄金价格构成强劲的支撑。
