贵金属市场本周将迎来两大重要会议

本周贵金属市场又将迎来相对关键的一周。对于美联储是否会在9月政策会议上决定缩减购债规模仍将成为近一段时期内市场最为关心的问题之一，同时也是国际金价多空攻防战的主要阵地。
而一年一度的Jackson Hole 全球央行会议将于北京时间本周五拉开帷幕，会议为期三天，主题是”非传统货币政策的全球尺度”。由于伯南克、德拉吉、卡尼等全球各央行风云人物齐齐宣布不出席此次会议，令此次全球央行年会”星光黯淡”。不过如果有人在年会期间”泄漏”了具有特殊意义的数据，市场可能还是会有大幅波动的可能。
此外，美联储将于北京时间周四凌晨2：00公布7月货币政策会议纪要。由于这是7月决议前的最后一次会议纪要，对于市场预期美联储何时开始消减量化宽松规模将可能提供一些线索。美联储在7月31日决定继续维持每月850亿美元的资产收购力度，但在声明中对于资产收购规模会在日后有何变化却只字不提。本次会议纪要将给市场机会了解委员们对于经济前景和利率的预期，尤其是他们对QE的态度。
从目前投资界的普遍做法判断，美银美林认为，投资人可以考虑采取一些反向操作。美银美林称，8月份最佳的反向操作是做多新兴市场、黄金、债卷和共享事业股；做空美元，纳斯达克市场股票和银行股。
现时全球政府的量化宽松政策依然在延续，部分政府甚至还在扩大这个规模，纸张货币不值钱了，黄金作为避险资产的实质价值一定是在提升的。随着国内”金九银十”传统消费旺季的到来，黄金价格震荡盘升的机遇仍然比较大。
在国际大环境方面，美指仍显疲态，各经济指标对美国经济的持续改善提出了更高的要求。此外，整个欧洲经济还未到达全面复苏阶段，显得相当脆弱。黄金规避风险、保值增值的特殊金融属性将继续在市场中发挥效用。
据统计，全球范围内，2013年第二季度金饰总需求量上升了37%，由去年同期的421吨攀升至576吨，达到了自2008年第三季度以来的最高水平。中国的需求量同比上升54%，印度则上升了51%。而全球其它地区对金饰的需求量也显著增加，如中东地区上升33%，而土耳其上升38%。二季度以来，黄金价格大幅下挫，激发了市场对于实物黄金的”抄底”行动。世界黄金协会数据显示，全球金条与金币销售同比上升了78%，首次单季超过500吨。在中国，金条和金币的需求量同比激增157%，在印度则同比跃升了116%，并创下122吨的记录。
