1、開倉
建倉，也叫開倉，意思是當行情的走勢跟自己的分析判斷相符時，你覺得這是入場交易的最佳時機，這種進入貴金屬市場做交易的行為，就叫建倉。
通常建倉也分兩種：
①建升倉：就是我們預計下階段貴金屬價格會上漲，趁勢做多單買漲貴金屬的交易行為，通常又俗稱“買漲”、“看多”、“做多”、“多頭”、“買入多單”；
②建跌倉：就是我們預計下階段貴金屬價格會下跌，趁勢做空單買跌貴金屬的交易行為，通常又俗稱“買跌”、“看跌”、“多空”、“空頭”、“買入空單”；
所以，假如當導師讓你做多貴金屬，意思就是看好短期內貴金屬價格會漲，讓你趁機買進的意思。如果導師讓你多空貴金屬單子，意思就是貴金屬價格準備下跌，要順勢買跌的意思。
2、平倉
所謂平倉，就是在貴金屬價格達到你的預期目標時，賣掉你持有的貴金屬交易權倉位的行為。如果你之前建的是升倉，那在平倉時應該是賣出貴金屬。反之，如果之前是建跌單，那在平倉時就是要買進貴金屬了。
舉個例子，比如現在金價是1490美元/盎司，你在大田環球做了1手多單，目標價格是1500美元/盎司。當黃金價位上漲到1500美元/盎司，達到你的預期時，你就可以點擊平倉結束交易，在1500美元/盎司的價位把你持有的1手黃金交易權賣出去。當交易完成後，你的賬戶應該是空倉狀態。
