黃紹山：英國脫歐法案表決

大田環球據消息得知，近日英國完成罕見的12月大選，最終是由現任英國首相伯里斯·詹森帶領下幫助保守黨獲得本次議會的勝利。大選的結果保守黨在650個席位當中拿到了363個，成為最多席位的黨派，而科爾賓所帶領的工黨黨派則拿到203個席位，剩下的則是拿到48個席位的蘇格蘭名族黨以及11個席位的自由民主黨，在保守黨贏得大選並且避免了“懸浮議會”後，英國首相詹森也開始展開他的行動。
詹森乘勝狙擊
大田環球據消息得知，英國首相伯里斯·詹森在贏得大選後並未鬆懈，在他所帶領的保守黨政府決定在耶誕節前把脫歐協議法案交回議會進行討論，以便於確認在1月31日英國脫離歐盟的最後期限內即使通過，同時英國首相詹森打算通過修改法律來確保不延長脫歐的過渡期誓言脫歐過渡期並不會延期至2020年以後，但這也就意味著具體的細節需要在11個月內來敲定並完成。
但正因如此，若未能在明年12月月底前有效完成脫歐協議，那麼英國也將再度面臨無協議的脫歐風險，同時也讓目前市場對於無協議脫歐情緒再度來臨，短時間內英鎊迎來大幅度下跌，並回吐大選後強勢上漲的所有幅度。另外日內12月20日晚間23點30分將迎來大選後詹森脫歐協定在下議院首次的表決，屆時英鎊以及美元方面的波動也將有所增大。值得注意的是一旦重組後的下議院若未能通過，短期英鎊將迎來進一步的下跌，而黃金方面也將會有部分的避險情緒產生，對黃金價格有所提振。
