黃紹山：特朗普再度遭受彈劾

眾所周知，現任美國總統特朗普為了自己國家做出了不少的事情，為了謀取自身國家的利益，特朗普在國際上是不停退出協議，而當中最為讓人熟知的便是退出伊核協定，也因為協定的退出伊朗以及美國雙方關係鬧得十分緊張，當時也導致黃金有呈現避險的情況出現，而原油方面也是為此而上漲，除此以外特朗普方面為了在墨西哥與美國邊境修築邊境牆，多次向議會申請預算費用，但議會多次否決掉預算，特朗普為此讓美國進入緊急狀態，借此來繞過議會得到預算，也因為特朗普這種激進的方式讓美國議院內部多次萌生出彈劾特朗普總統的意念，但最終都未能表決通過。
美國眾議院通過彈劾決議
大田環球據新聞得知美國國會眾議院司法委員會在當地時間9月12日表決並通過一項決議，該決議為就彈劾美國總統特朗普通過的第一項決議，據眾議院司法委員會主席說，目前正在進行的是關於“彈劾總統的調查”，同時表示特朗普的行為對美國民主制度構成威脅，有義務應對這樣的威脅。而該決議與當年正式彈劾過去美國總統尼克森的決議類似，根據這些準備以及相關聽證會取證後，將決定是否在眾議院啟動該彈劾程式。當日協議以24票贊成，17票反對的結果通過表決。
而特朗普方面截止發稿前並未對此有詳細的訪問或推特的回應，相反晚間出席共和黨晚宴，從表情上看對此並未有任何的擔心以及恐懼，未來關注特朗普是否有進一步的回應動作，以及後續事件的發展情況，若眾議院啟動彈劾程式，屆時對於美元來說無疑是有利空的情況出現，而相對于黃金加上避險的情況短時間內會有較為強勢的提振作用。
