林幽沃：貿易摩擦成G20主要議題

在過去的週末舉行G20財長會議繼續延續之前G7會議上的氣氛，美國因為貿易問題依然成為各國攻擊的對象。貿易摩擦將會持續影響全球經濟增長，G20財長會議上討論主題圍繞新興市場正面臨急劇動盪，以及資本有可能大幅外流的危險。
而在G20公報的草案上提及到另一議題是由貿易摩擦所衍生的風險，草案中警告全球貿易摩擦可能會導致金融系統出現問題，如果貿易摩擦進一步刺激到金融系統以及地緣政治風險上升的局面，將會導致全球出現新一輪的危機。
美國財長在會議上態度有所軟化，稱願意達成自由貿易協議。大田環球貴金屬林幽沃認為，在過去的公開宣言中，大部分的美國官員都贊成自由貿易，如果特朗普不肯讓步的話，無論他人如何表達出自由貿易的意願亦無用。
法國財長稱，如果美方不撤銷鋼鋁關稅，將難以想像歐盟會與美國談判貿易協議。如果特朗普政府對歐盟國家實施更多關稅，除了再次採取報復性行動之外、將別無選擇。
從目前大環境來看，美國發動加征關稅的動作，有可能引發其他國家的集體抱團對抗，最終的局面可能變成特朗普拿起石頭砸自己腳的情況。但由於美國經濟復蘇領先全球，特朗普依然有談判的資本，利用加征關稅將各國拉向談判桌，收取“保護費”。
