黃紹山：特朗普將再次開啟“232調查”
2017年4月20日，4月24日應美國總統特朗普要求，美國商務部對進口鋼鐵產品和進口的鋁產品啟動232調查，時隔至2018年3月8日，美國總統特朗普正式簽署公告，就進口鋼鐵產品徵收25%關稅，進口鋁產品徵收10%關稅，並於3月23日正式生效，而各個國家也一致不贊同特朗普此次對鋼材及鋁產品增加徵收關稅。
北京時間5月23日，大田環球據白宮發佈聲明，特朗普當日于美國商務部部長羅斯就美國目前汽車工業現狀進行了一輪討論並指示羅斯需要考慮對卡車在內的進口汽車以及汽車零部件發起“232調查”。大田環球據報導得知，目前美國商務部方面尚未公佈聽證會時間，未來進口汽車或有可能增添新的關稅，增收將高達25%的稅費。
在過去20年，美國進口客用車輛從32%增長至48%，自1990年到2017年美國汽車工業就業率下降22%，目前美國汽車生產商僅佔據全球汽車行業研發比例的20%，美國汽車零部件生產商僅占7%，總體而言美國由於幾十年來不停進口此類商品，而導致美國汽車工業的削弱以及經濟的損失。
大田環球黃紹山認為，一年前特朗普對鋼材產品和進口鋁啟動“232調查”，一年後美國總統特朗普正式簽署公告，而現在特朗普又打算對進口車、越野車、貨車、卡車和汽車零部件等徵收關稅，無疑對於汽車出口國的日本和德國的重大衝擊，一波未平一波又再起，在目前看來美國方面想借助貿易戰來換取和其他國家談判的籌碼，從中獲得利益的策略可是越來越明顯了。
