林幽沃：沙特與美國的陰謀
OPEC減產已經長達一年時間之多，油價受減產消息的提振一路從歷史低位25美元/桶上行至近期72美元/桶附近。在這一年多時間內，油價的轉變迎來翻天覆地的變化，而近期又有消息出爐，OPEC與俄羅斯打算在2018年6月的會議上導論增產的計畫。
當前原油價格在60美元/桶上方持續站穩，已經高於OPEC最初訂立的目標價格55美元/桶，對於以賣石油為生的產油國，已經逐步露出增產的念頭。
市場再平衡是下個月將於維也納舉行的OPEC及其減產盟國的核心議題。
以沙特為首的產油國之所以計畫增加產量，主要是因為擔心經濟危機導致委內瑞拉產量進一步降低， 以及潛在的伊朗供應缺口將衝擊全球供應量。
沙特與美國正在進行完美的控制油市供應的配合：
大田環球貴金屬林幽沃認為：美國利用退出伊核協議與對伊朗的經濟制裁進一步推高油價，讓盟友拒絕購買伊朗的原油。市場供應的缺口在此時讓自己和在中東的代言人沙特等國提升原油產量，佔領伊朗原油的市場份額。
然而，歐洲等原油消費國洞悉了美國這一目的，選擇繼續留在伊核協議當中，避免美國和沙特等國完全控制油市，這一較量還在進行之中。
目前，油價受到了增產的消息導致嚴重受挫，短短數日間從72美元/桶附近下跌至66美元/桶附近。但隨著中東局勢的進一步惡化，伊朗也會做出相對的反擊令OPEC其他產油國的計畫不能順利，原油的價格有可能會進一步受到中東局勢的嚴峻所上升。
