林幽沃：中美貿易戰實現雙贏
中美經貿磋商迎來新進展，中美兩國在華盛頓就貿易問題發表聯合聲明，聲明中提及到中美雙方達成共識，停止互相加征關稅，在未來減少中國對美國貿易順差等重要議題。表明了雙方立場重新回到合作之中，停止貿易戰繼續升溫的可能性。
中美貿易戰誰占上風？中國在貿易問題上對美國作出了妥協，同意此前美國方面一直提到要縮減對華貿易逆差的問題。
本次中美髮布的聯合聲明，不僅說明美國需要中國這個貿易夥伴，也說明中國在當今時代的重要程度，在本次宣佈“停戰協議”後，兩國將會開啟新的合作週期。
“中美雙方將在能源、農產品、醫療、高科技產品、金融等領域加強貿易合作，既可以推動我國經濟轉向高質量發展，滿足人民的需要，也有利於美方削減貿易赤字，是雙贏的選擇。”
從中國代表說的話中可以看出，雖然表明上中國滿足了美國的要求，但是從根本上來說本國有需求才能加大進口，此項舉動不僅有助矛盾化解，也能滿足人們對物質的需求。
此前市場曾有傳言美國需減少2000億美元的貿易逆差作為談判條件，但在本次聲明中沒有提及到具體縮減金額，並且否定2000億美元的傳言。
在目前來看，美國需要中國巨大的市場來推動企業出口的管道，而中國在技術水準上不及美國，依然需要美國的高科技產品作為核心基礎，中美關係依然是互助互利的狀態。
在此前我曾經提及到，中美貿易戰真生髮生的機會微乎其微，中美關係已經發展到密不可分的階段，在中國快速發展數十年間，美國提供不少幫助。在中國站穩步腳後，美國意欲尋求回報，發動了本次所謂的貿易戰，目的是將中國拉到談判桌上重新分配利益。
