美聯儲“鷹”氣逼人重創金價！關注美國四季度GDP
周四（1月27日）亞洲時段，現貨黃金交投于1820附近。周三（1月26日）金價大幅下挫，創一周新低，美元和美債收益率大幅反彈，之前美聯儲主席鮑威爾暗示美聯儲將在3月加息，在首次加息開始後還將收縮資産負債表。不過烏克蘭危機仍然有望限制金價的跌勢。
美聯儲暗示“很快”升息，計劃大幅縮減資産負債表
美聯儲周三暗示，可能會在3月升息，並重申屆時將結束債券購買計劃，隨後開啓大規模縮表行動。這些舉措意味著美聯儲將從大流行時代的寬松貨幣政策轉向更緊迫的通脹阻擊戰。
美聯儲主席鮑威爾在為期兩天的政策會議結束後舉行的新聞發布會上表示，美聯儲將以開放的心態調整貨幣政策，以防止持續的高通脹變得根深蒂固。“目前，我們還沒有就政策路徑做出任何決定，我再次強調，我們將保持謙遜和靈活。”
在撤走疫情期間提供的非常規支持之際，政策制定者有“相當大的空間在不威脅勞動力市場的情況下升息”，鮑威爾稱，“這一次的經濟情況大不相同”。
美聯儲負責制定利率的聯邦公開市場委員會(FOMC)在為期兩天的政策會議結束後發表的聲明中稱，“鑒于通脹率遠高于2%，且勞動力市場強勁，委員會預計很快將適合上調聯邦基金利率目標區間。”委員們一致同意此次貨幣政策決定。
FOMC委員們還就一套縮表原則達成一致，即通過調整每月到期債券回籠本金的再投資數額來“大幅”縮減規模龐大的資産負債表。
美聯儲表示，該計劃將在加息後開始實施，但尚未確定具體日期、步伐或最終規模。
美聯儲稱，隨著時間的推移，近9萬億美元的資産負債表不僅會縮減規模，還會從抵押貸款支持證券(MBS)和美國公債並存轉向主要持有公債，“從而將美聯儲所持資産對信貸在經濟各部門的分配所産生的影響降至最低”。
鮑威爾稱美國勞動力市場狀況已符合充分就業
美聯儲主席鮑威爾周三表示，美國勞動力市場狀況與充分就業相符，與新冠疫情最初造成逾2200萬人失業時隔近兩年，實現了一道裏程碑。
“多數聯邦公開市場委員會(FOMC)與會者同意，勞動力市場狀況與充分就業，也就是與物價穩定相一致的就業最大化水平相符，”鮑威爾在FOMC政策會議結束後的新聞發布會上表示，“這是我個人的看法。”
鮑威爾去年12月表示，將把利率維持在接近零的水平，直到“勞動力市場狀況達到與委員會評估的充分就業相一致的水平”。他及其他一些美聯儲官員一再表示，尋求實現勞動力市場“廣泛而包容”的複蘇。
周三，鮑威爾稱美聯儲準備在3月加息。美聯儲還表示，在首次加息開始後將收縮資産負債表，邁向結束應對新冠疫情的超寬松貨幣政策，以抗擊數十年來最嚴重的通脹。
雖然美聯儲尚未明確說明其對充分就業的定義，但當前勞動力市場數據顯示，該指標是基于廣泛的統計數據，而不是個別人口統計類別。
全美失業率已經連續六個月下降，職位空缺數接近紀錄高位，僅2021年就增加了600多萬就業。總體上，疫情爆發之初損失的就業已恢複近85%。
