美聯儲的隔夜逆回購工具是貨幣市場基金等交易對手將現金存入中央銀行的方式。周一共吸納46個參與者總計4860.97億美元的資金。紐約聯儲公布的數據顯示，這超過了5月27日的上個紀錄高點4853億美元，也高于上周五的4833億美元。盡管美聯儲此項工具給出的利率為0%，但隨著大量現金淹沒美元融資市場，需求一直在增加。部分原因是央行的資産購買和美國財政部所持現金的減少，這導致準備金流入金融體系。
俄羅斯財政部稱該國並不打算限制美元的使用
