中印黃金需求增加，刺激金價上漲！
黃金價格在兩個月高點附近徘徊，日內漲幅逐漸收窄，目前位於1775上方持續震盪。中國經歷數月低迷購買後，重新推動黃金進口，而印度也出現反彈，買氣氛圍正支撐著黃金漲勢。美國樂觀住房和消費者信心數據，促使美元在廣泛冒險情緒中走軟。但美國總統拜登的基礎建設計畫受到挑戰，而且地緣政治也未離開眼簾，投資者仍需謹慎前行。
截至截稿前香港時間08時24分，黃金價格漲幅達到0.11%，至1778.40美元。
基本面分析：中國和印度恢復黃金進口 數月低迷氛圍告終
中國已經批准國內和國際銀行向該國進口大量黃金，而此舉是經歷數月下跌後的行情，有可能幫助支撐全球金價。消息表明，大約150噸或價值850億美元的黃金進口正滿足著購買者需求，同時也標明4月和5月的黃金交付量將起漲。
消息更顯示，中資銀行將在一段時間內沒有黃金進口配額，還表明每月約有10噸或6億美元的黃金進口，而2019年則為75噸或35億美元。
而印度政府消息人士本月指出，印度對金條的需求也已經從新冠大流行所引發的低迷中反彈，3月份進口量達到創紀錄的160噸。而考量到中國和印度都是黃金的進口大國，這消息有利於最近美元疲弱助長的黃金多頭，但顯然黃金漲幅相較上周正逐漸收窄。
美元指數則是跌至3月18日以來的新低，原因是美國樂觀的住房和消費者信心指數加入戰局。
基本面分析：拜登基建計畫遇阻 共和黨議員促兩階段推進
2.25萬億美元的基礎設施計畫是拜登在新冠刺激計畫後的第二個主要議程，旨在提供資金改善美國的經濟道路、橋樑和港口，並應對氣候變化和改善像是養老等服務領域。但截至目前，這項計畫的走勢卻不明朗，參議院共和黨將考慮新的基礎設施法案，規模僅是拜登原有計畫的1/3。
拜登提議的1/3將接近7000億美元，共和黨參議員雪萊·摩爾(Shelley Moore Capito)也支持這項論調，表示6000億美元至8000億美元附近的資金提案，將會是兩黨支持的最佳位置。雪萊表示：“我認為美國民眾將看到一項共和黨概念性議案，而該議案是我們相信能解決問題的核心。”
隨著兩黨在國會和白宮進行的討論日漸激烈，在採取兩階段通過基礎基建計畫的背後，勢頭可能會變得越來越大。白宮發言人詹·普薩基(Jen Psaki)對記者說道：“我們不會預先確認基礎建設計畫是否需要在一個大包裝中發生，當然，有不同組件也能同時發展。”
隨著美國簽署對30多名俄羅斯個人和組織實施制裁，稱他們涉嫌干預2020年美國總統大選，並涉嫌參與去年的太陽風網路間諜案，美國拜登的基礎建設計畫遇阻也加入其行列，為黃金多頭帶來挑戰。
