金價高位回落，美聯儲可能再度出手

12月4日，現貨黃金刷新高位，雖然傳出貿易局勢向好消息，金價回吐漲幅，但市場認為貿易局勢的不確定性仍很高，同時美國經濟面臨減速現象，美元指數再次承壓，美聯儲可能再度出手執行降息。
不過貿易摩擦不確定性猶存，企業信心沒有明顯改善。金價盤中錄得11月7日以來高位至1484.09美元/盎司，美元指數刷新11月5日以來低位至97.621。
歐盟執委會表示，歐盟各國將團結一心，共同應對美國針對法國商品加征關稅的計畫，並認為求助於世界貿易組織(WTO)是解決此類爭端的最佳途徑。
美國政府表示，可能對進口自法國的價值24億美元的香檳、手袋和乳酪等商品徵收最高達100%的懲罰性關稅，此前美國認定法國的新數字(數位)服務稅傷害了美國的科技企業。
歐盟執委會一位發言人表示:“歐盟將團結一致，共同採取行動、做出反應。”該發言人補充稱，負責協調歐盟28個成員國貿易政策的執委會認為，這類爭端最好尋求通過WTO解決。
即使中國與美國能達成首階段貿易協議，但全球貿易不確定性仍可能持續。在這種環境下，除非正面消息能最終落到實處，否則就無法真正消除投資者對經濟前景的擔憂，金價仍有機會維持近期的上行格局。
雖然寬鬆的金融狀況將為美國消費者提供支持，但因貨幣政策的滯後，料最大的提振作用要在明年下半年始出現，預期美國明年GDP增長由今年的2.3%放緩至1.5%。
全美零售商聯合會(NRF)週二表示，假日週末在網路和實體店購物的美國消費者數量創紀錄新高，人均支出也有增加，購物範圍則從服裝到玩具無所不包。
環球投資管理機構——富蘭克林鄧普頓週三稱，明年美國經濟增速稍低於今年，依然穩健，預期美聯儲明年將有一次降息，但不會在年初，而是年中至年底左右。
分析師說，當前的經濟擴張週期將較許多投資者所預期的更長，也造就出史上最長升市週期，儘管貿易前景及總統大選並不明朗，但預計消費者實力和企業盈利將繼續推動美國經濟增長。
