唐寧街10號(英國首相府)暗示，若英國未在10月31日脫歐，英國財政大臣賈維德的預算案將不會被推進。預算中預測的基準是英國有協議脫歐，而非延期。
數據顯示，週二英鎊未平倉合約繼續減少，目前減少0.38萬手，相反交易量連續第二日小幅增加，目前增加近4萬手。
分析師指出，交易員們猶豫不定，等待未來幾天英國脫歐的進一步進展。考慮到目前的情況，英國脫歐下一個關鍵點是歐盟是否延長脫歐請求。
分析師稱，英國無協議脫歐的風險暫時消退，但政治不確定性猶存，預計英鎊將暫時在狹幅區間內整理。
