全球央行增持黃金，金價迎來春天

印度央行今年可能加入中國和俄羅斯的增持黃金佇列，讓本身高規模的黃金持有記錄再上一層樓。在主要經濟體推行儲備多元化的時候，增持黃金為全球的黃金需求提供了支撐。
印度央行的黃金購買行動將是發展中經濟體尋求外匯儲備去美元化的整體現象的一部分。他表示，印度央行的購買趨勢可以以相對較小規模的形勢持續多年。
分析師稱，印度央行2019年可能購買150萬盎司黃金，相當於約46.7噸。這一預期基於今年前兩個月的購買規模推算得出。
據國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)的數據，印度央行去年增持黃金約42噸，加上今年1月和2月進一步增持，印度目前的黃金儲備達到近609噸的歷史高位。俄羅斯在2018年購買了274噸黃金，並且今年進一步買進，而中國央行也處在始於去年12月的新一波購買熱潮中。
世界黃金協會稱，地緣政治和經濟的不確定性增加促使各國央行推進儲備多元化，並專注於投資安全和流動性較佳的資產，去年全球政府增持了651.5噸黃金，這是有記錄以來第二高水準。
進一步的資金流入，預計在中國、俄羅斯和哈薩克斯坦購買力量的推動下將達到與2018年等高的水準，也應對金價構成支持。隨著股市反彈，現貨黃金價格自2月達到峰值以來已下跌近6%。
分析師說，“這似乎是某種模式，不單單是印度央行，當全球宏觀經濟環境不確定時，各國中央銀行都傾向於增加黃金儲備，最近幾個月的最大黃金買家之一是中國，其可能一直在尋求讓數萬億美元的儲備實現多元化。”印度也可能採取類似的多元化策略。
貿易問題擾亂了供應鏈，市場受到衝擊，並對世界經濟造成壓力。3月，美國總統特朗普宣佈他計畫結束對印度和土耳其的主要貿易優惠待遇，並向國會通報他有意結束在普惠制下給予兩國的貿易優待措施，這一通知啟動了60天的倒計時，然後總統將能夠自主決定採取行動。
雖然印度央行沒有回應置評請求，但是去年8月份公佈的2017-2018年年度報告顯示，當年的外匯資產多元化持續推進，“黃金資產組合也已經啟動”。
