刺激方案一波多折 金價大幅反彈
現貨黃金上週五整體保持震盪上行走勢，金價從1894美元/盎司一線直接沖上1920美元/盎司上方，並一度試圖攻擊1930美元/盎司關口，雖然本周開盤後出現短暫突破，但並未能有效站穩，短時間內重新回落至1920-1930區間內。現貨黃金上週六淩晨3點收于1828.1美元/盎司一線，現階段現貨黃金價格交投于1927美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪反彈，報25.01美元/盎司。
美國經濟需要更多財政支援：美國明尼阿波利斯聯儲主席卡什卡利表示，美國經濟復蘇已趨於平穩，迫切需要財政政策的額外支援。認為將繼續看到艱難而緩慢的復蘇，全國數以千計的小企業將走向破產。 卡什卡利周日在接受採訪時表示，這就是為什麼我們當選的領導人團結起來採取更多行動是如此重要。
原油供應端存三大利空：儘管颶風“德爾塔”迫使美國能源公司減產，但挪威石油工人結束罷工，應該會提高原油產量。利比亞解除對沙拉拉油田的不可抗力。如果沙拉拉油田全面恢復，利比亞石油產量將達到60萬桶，這新增供應已經無法被忽視。
