原油價格再遇重挫：國際油價連續第二周下跌，布倫特原油重挫近8%，刷新逾三個半月新低。美國總統新冠檢測呈陽性的消息震撼了風險資產，加劇了美國9月非農就業人口增速放緩帶來的不安情緒，且全球原油產量上升可能擊垮能源市場本就疲弱的復蘇勢頭。
