美國會權宜法案避免停擺 金價1900附近
現貨黃金在週一探低反彈後，昨日亞盤開盤後未能延續反彈走勢。金價兩度上攻承壓于1920美元/盎司壓力下方，後市幾度虛破1900美元/盎司整數大關，但截止至目前為止，價格暫時仍能維持在整數關口上。現貨黃金今日淩晨3點收于1904.2美元/盎司一線，現階段現貨黃金價格交投于1902美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀低位震盪，報24.25美元/盎司。
歐洲央行資產負債表規模再創新高：歐洲央行資產負債表規模已經達到6.5萬億歐元，創下歷史新高，並且歐洲央行在7月份一個月就增加購買了278億歐元的資產規模；當前歐洲央行資產負債規模已經相當於歐元區GDP總量的63.6%，遠高於美聯儲資產負債占美國GDP總量36.3%的水準，但還遠不及日本央行135.3%的驚人比例。
美國國會就權宜資金法案達成協議：美國眾議院議長佩洛西表示，國會民主黨與共和黨和白宮已就一項臨時資金法案中的農業援助解決了爭端，該爭端曾引發了美國政府於10月1日停擺的風險。根據該協定，農業援助將被添加到立法中，該立法將在12月11日之前提供維持政府運作的資金，以換取增加對低收入家庭的糧食援助。眾議院對該法案進行投票後，將在10月1日結束的財政年度之前送交參議院投票。
