美聯儲長期維持低利率 但金價高位回落
隔夜的美聯儲利率決議再次承諾將長時間維持在低利率的環境下，不過黃金價格並沒有受到太大的刺激，反而在沒有太額外的驚喜下，出現了一定的高位回落，但整體依然比較堅挺，而美元的低位回升，也是限制黃金的主要因素之一，成功刷新了本周的高點。
美國市場：
美聯儲公佈利率決議、政策聲明和經濟預期。美聯儲將基準利率維持在0%-0.25%不變，超額準備金率（IOER）維持在0.1%不變，將貼現利率維持在0.25%不變；有兩位官員對政策決定投反對票。
歐洲市場：
英國委員會主席表示談判總是很困難，但是英國脫歐談判並沒有像歐盟希望的那樣取得進展，與英國簽訂貿易協議的時間已經不多了，英國脫歐離婚協議不能被單方面改變、忽視或取消，信任是任何合作關係的基礎。
原油市場：
美油一度大漲3%，創一周半新高至39.33美元/桶，消息稱OPEC+8月份石油減產履約率101%，同時此前颶風影響美國海上油氣生產，且美國API原油庫存意外驟降。隨著颶風薩利逼近美國墨西哥灣沿岸，超過25%的美國海上油氣產出被關閉，出口港口也關閉。
