白宮否認廢除薪酬稅 黃金價格持續反彈
現貨黃金截止至2020年08月14日3：00收盤于1949.9美元/盎司，金價昨日亞盤開盤後維持震盪走勢，區間維持在1920-1940內，美盤開始再度發力反彈，並突破1950美元/盎司一線反壓，雖然後市一度出現回落，但經過一輪測試後，目前有站穩1950美元/盎司一線跡象，現階段現貨黃金價格交投于1954美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀反彈，報27.14美元/盎司。
永久免征薪酬稅料難實現：儘管特朗普總統稱如果他連任，將會尋求永久免征薪酬稅。但白宮官員表示政府沒有廢除薪酬稅的計畫，即使特朗普執意如此，但取消薪酬稅的想法也不太可能在國會獲得太大支持，因為這種做法要麼可能造成財政赤字增加數萬億美元以填補資金缺口，要麼意味著數百萬美國民眾的一些社保資金將化作泡影。
IEA下調需求預期：美國WTI 9月原油期貨電子盤價格8月13日收盤下跌0.33美元，跌幅0.77%。油價週四回落，此前國際能源署(IEA)下調了2020年石油需求預測，因各地為抗擊新冠疫情而實施了前所未有的旅行限制，但股市的韌性和疲軟的美元限制了油價跌幅。
