利率決議無亮點 黃金沖高回落
現貨黃金截止至2020年07月30日3：00收盤于1966.5美元/盎司，金價昨日整體維持震盪走勢，區間保持在1945-1965內，晚間美聯儲主席鮑威爾發表悲觀言論，金價短時間沖高，觸及1980美元/盎司壓力後回落，現階段現貨黃金交投于1963美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報24.43美元/盎司。
鮑威爾措辭偏向悲觀：美聯儲將基準利率維持在接近零的水準不變，並誓言將動用所有工具來支持受疫情衝擊的經濟。發佈的政策決議與此前相比幾無變化，繼續維穩各項政策措施的同時依舊強調了疫情的影響衝擊，但也強調之前採取的措施已經產生效果，而未來的進一步政策走向仍要基於疫情發展而定，因而購債力度將維持在當前水準。
EIA原油庫存降幅遠超預期：美國EIA公佈的資料顯示，截至7月24日當周美國除卻戰略儲備的商業原油庫存降幅遠超預期，精煉油庫存基本符合預期，汽油庫存增幅超出預期。EIA資料公佈後美國原油價格短線小幅上漲0.2美元。
