美股四度熔斷 市場資金短缺
國際現貨黃金截止至2020年3月19日14:00報1471.1美元/盎司，早間亞盤時段現貨黃金最高價為1500.8美元/盎司，金價繼續承壓回落，一度回撤至1460一線附近。現貨白銀報12.01美元/盎司，白銀維持震盪回落。
澳元繼續承壓下跌：金融市場的恐慌延續，因對抗疫情採取的各種管制措施將令全球貿易經濟受重創，而日內大宗商品的暴跌也令相關度比較大的澳元暴跌，此外澳洲聯儲將基準利率下調25個基點至0.25%，澳大利亞3年期國債目標收益率在0.25%左右。
歐央行加大購債力度：歐洲央行緊急抗疫購債計畫的總規模將達到7500億歐元。計畫將一直延續到2020年底，並將包含符合現有購債計畫條件的所有資產類別，允許應時應地應資產類別的波動，PEPP下購買的資產包含希臘債券。
