歐央行維持不變 黃金急速回撤後反彈
國際現貨黃金截止至2020年3月13日2:00報1594.7美元/盎司，昨晚美盤時段現貨黃金最高價為1642.9美元/盎司，金價美盤時段大幅下探，一度跌穿1600關口。現貨白銀報16.03美元/盎司，白銀同樣大跌至15.5一線。
歐央行維穩利率不變：歐洲央行公佈利率決議，維持利率不變。歐洲央行公佈新的LTRO工具，宣佈採取措施提供即時的流動性支援。歐洲央行將在首次加息後持續再投資計畫，到2020年底，歐洲央行淨資產購買額將增加1200億歐元。
油價展開價格戰：歐佩克+取消原定於3月18日在維也納舉行的技術委員會會議，這打消了短期內價格戰緩和的幻想，同時沙烏地阿拉伯王國準備以比俄羅斯原油低得多的價格向歐洲出售大量原油，供應量是以前的三倍。
