國際現貨黃金截止至2020年1月30日3:00報1570.2美元/盎司，隔夜美盤時段最高價為1574.2美元/盎司，金價此前回落後再次拉升重回1570，淩晨進一步回至1580附近。現貨白銀報17.47美元/盎司，白銀回落幅度甚至大於黃金。
美聯儲決議維持鴿派：美聯儲利率決議和美聯儲主席鮑維爾的講話輕微偏向鴿派，給金價提供支撐，投資者還需留意晚間美國四季度GDP的表現，目前市場預期並不樂觀，在數據出爐前，金價略微偏向多頭。
脫歐即將迎來大結局：英鎊兌美元持於一周低位附近，為年初以來第六次向下測試1.30關口，雖然歐洲議會支持英國脫歐協議，但美元普遍走強令英鎊承壓。儘管在上周公佈了一些強勁數據後，市場對英國央行降息的預期最近大幅下降，但仍保持在46%的高位，表明利率決定可能會給英鎊帶來一些波動性。
