黃金延續反彈 1560一線成考驗
國際現貨黃金截止至2020年1月18日4:00報1559.6美元/盎司，上周晚間美盤時段最高價為1561.1美元/盎司，金價震盪向上回升，不過未能成功破位1560一線重大反壓。現貨白銀報18.05美元/盎司，白銀逐漸企穩18關口。
貿易改善難阻反彈：剛剛過去的一周，現貨黃金整體波動較小，因中美簽訂第一階段經貿協議，美國參議院表決通過美墨加自貿協議，國際貿易局勢顯著改善，打壓避險需求，但黃金多頭依然押注全球多數央行未來將採取貨幣寬鬆政策。
美國房產數據靚麗：12月房屋開工飆升16.9%，經季節調整後的年率為160.8萬戶，為2006年12月以來最高水準，且創自2016年10月以來最大百分比增幅。表明房屋市場在抵押貸款利率較低的情況下已回到復蘇軌道，可能有助於支撐有紀錄以來最長時間的經濟擴張。
