美元大幅回落 黃金仍舊震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年12月3日3：00收盤于1462.2美元/盎司，昨日黃金在亞歐盤時段回吐週五晚間大部分走勢，直至價格觸及下方1454美元/盎司附近位置後，黃金再度展開反彈，並修復回亞歐盤的下跌幅度，站回1460美元/盎司位置上方，整體行情依舊處於震盪盤整格局當中。
美國考慮提高歐盟商品稅：今年10月，WTO裁決美國在訴空客非法補貼案中勝出，允許美國對每年價值75億美元的歐盟輸美商品加征關稅。美國隨後對大部分空客飛機，以及從單一麥芽威士卡到乳酪等歐盟輸美商品加征部分關稅。WTO將于明年就歐盟訴波音非法補貼案做出裁決，歐盟要求對美國輸歐商品加征報復性關稅。
ISM製造業PMI不及預期：在美國公佈弱於預期的製造業報告後，剛剛創下7月以來最大月漲幅的美元停止了上升勢頭。美國供應管理協會(ISM)資料顯示，上月工廠採購經理人指數(PMI)意外下滑至48.1，低於預期的49.2。美元指數應聲創下一個月來最大跌幅。
