眾議院避免政府停擺 美元黃金陷入震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年11月20日3：00收盤于1473美元/盎司，昨日黃金在下午時段再度呈現下跌行情，但最終走至晚間時間段重新修復下午所有跌幅，並再度測試上方1475-1474美元/盎司附近位置支撐，整體黃金維持震盪行情當中。
美加墨三國協定進展：美國眾議院籌款委員會主席表示，美墨加三國貿易協定可能在耶誕節前敲定，但另有民主黨代表認為，近幾日的談判沒有進展。負責牽頭談判的Neal表示，民主黨人在與美國貿易代表萊特希澤敲定有關勞工和執法的規定，而獲得勞工組織領導人的支援對協定通過大有助益。
眾議院通過法案避免停擺：美國眾議院通過了為期一個月的支出法案，為政府提供資金至12月20日，讓議員有更多時間為上個月開始的財政年度制定全年撥款方案；對修訂版HR 3055進行投票的結果是231-192；當前撥款將於週四到期；該法案還將使進出口銀行運營至12月20日，允許人口普查局加大投入準備2020年的人口普查，防止明年自動削減公路資金，並對軍人加薪3.1%。
