美元高位震盪 黃金稍有反彈
現貨黃金截止至11月14日14：00開盤于1465.6美元/盎司，早間黃金亞盤開盤整體維持1467-1460區間內震盪盤整，並未有進一步的反彈行情或下跌行情出現，整體亞盤時段並未有太大波動呈現。
鮑威爾暗示暫緩降息： 美聯儲主席鮑威爾表示，通脹上升，薪資上漲；與過去相比，美聯儲沒有降息空間。不過鮑威爾拒絕是否就在2020年將政策維持不變進行置評，此前美聯儲主席鮑威爾對於此前特朗普尋求的負利率的觀點進行了駁斥。他告訴國會，特朗普所尋求的負利率並不適合美國經濟，目前美國經濟持續增長、勞動力市場強勁且通脹穩定。
API原油庫存減少：周三淩晨，美國石油協會(API)公佈的資料顯示，美國截至11月8日當周API原油庫存減少54.1萬桶，預期增加160萬桶。此外，汽油庫存增加226萬桶，精煉油庫存增加88.7萬桶。OPEC稱，沒有看到全球經濟衰退的跡象，美國葉岩油產量在2020年的增幅可能遠低於預期；OPEC秘書長巴爾金都表示，全球經濟基本面依然強勁，他仍相信全球兩大經濟體將達成貿易協定。
