恐慌指數大漲 黃金維持震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年11月14日4：00收盤於1463.5美元/盎司，週三儘管美聯儲主席鮑威爾也表示暫緩降息，且認為美國經濟前景向好，同時美國CPI數據亦表現尚可，但是因國際貿易不確定性回升，全球股市和公債收益率下跌，恐慌指數一度大漲10%，這使得黃金刷新一周高點。但是總體而言，近期市場風險偏好依舊高企，黃金ETF持倉目前跌破了900噸，為7周最低水準，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1461美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報16.93美元/盎司。
市場押注保守黨贏得大選：11月14日英鎊走勢基本持穩，因英國政局有利形勢發展蓋過疲軟經濟數據的影響。儘管英國數據疲軟，但市場預期詹森的保守黨激昂贏得大選，進一步激勵了樂觀情緒。若英國保守黨在12月12日提前大選中贏得多數席位，預計英鎊兌美元將升至1.3381附近。
美聯儲樂觀看待經濟表現：美聯儲主席鮑威爾表示，只要經濟保持在正軌，當前的貨幣政策立場可能已充分，三藩市聯儲主席稱經濟狀況良好，利率可維持不變，官員們的樂觀言論令市場對美聯儲降息預期進一步降溫，為美元提供支撐，11月13日一度刷新10月16日以來高點至98.45。
