金價止住跌勢 保持低位震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年11月13日2:00報1453.8美元/盎司，隔夜美盤時段最高價為1460.8美元/盎司，金價昨晚未能進一步下跌，整體保持低位震盪。現貨白銀報16.72美元/盎司，白銀同樣維持震盪修正為主。
特朗普再恐嚇市場：美國總統唐納德·特朗普面向華爾街發表了一場巡迴演講，向高管和經濟學家們宣揚他的經濟成就，並警告說如果2020年大選民主黨獲勝則將危及股市。特朗普重申了對美聯儲的抱怨，稱更高的利率使美國處於“競爭劣勢”。
新西蘭決議維持不變：新西蘭聯儲決議顯示，利率意外維持在1%不變，由委員會一致同意通過，這與市場普遍預期相左，此前多數投行預計該聯儲將再度降息25個基點。決議公佈後，紐元兌美元短線拉升。
