美元高位震盪 黃金小幅反彈
現貨黃金截止至2019年11月7日3：00收盤于1490.8美元/盎司，昨日黃金未有進一步的下探及空頭延續行情出現，整體情況更多的是以震盪上行方式進行反彈，在站回1490上方位置黃金短期內陷入窄幅震盪盤整走勢。
美聯儲官員以資料為首：美聯儲威廉姆斯表示，當前貨幣政策處於適度寬鬆狀態，全球經濟增速放緩和通脹壓力受抑為採取取更多寬鬆政策提供了理由。在應對美國經濟風險時，美聯儲三次降息是卓有成效的。美聯儲應以資料為依據，並先發制人。美聯儲由加息轉變為降息是根據經濟前景風險評估做出的選擇。當經濟下行時，我們傾向降息和購債。美國勞動力市場強勁，但低失業率並沒有造成通貨膨脹，價格壓力受到合理抑制。
歐元區經濟增長預期：國際貨幣基金組織(IMF)週三表示，歐元區經濟增長放緩幅度將超過預期，因在全球貿易持續緊張的情況下，歐元區製造業危機可能蔓延至服務業。IMF表示，擁有19個成員國的歐元區今年經濟將增長1.2%，低於4月預計的增長1.3%。與去年1.9%的增幅相比明顯放緩。IMF預計，2020年和2021年歐元區經濟將增長1.4%，低於此前預計的1.5%的增長率。
