美聯儲降息持續發酵 黃金多頭再度圍攻
現貨黃金截止至2019年10月31日14：00收盤於1498.1美元/盎司，在昨日金價兩度向下衝擊，並於1480美元/盎司一線位置大幅反彈後，目前有站穩1490美元/盎司一線上方跡象，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1498美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報17.93美元/盎司。
日銀如期維穩：週四日本央行公佈利率決議，維持利率和10年期國債收益率目標在約0%不變，同時引入新的前瞻指引。同時發表經濟展望報告中，日本央行下調2019至2021三個財年GDP增長預期，並進一步下調通脹預期。數據公佈後，美元兌日元短線微跌13點，報108.61，日內跌幅0.21%，逼近日內低點。
英鎊站穩1.29大關：10月31日亞洲時段受益於美聯儲立場不及預期鷹派，美元指數創一周新低，提振非美貨幣普漲。歐元兌美元創八日新高，英鎊兌美元創一周新高，站穩1.29大關，對英鎊來說，很難再看到無協議脫歐的災難性結果，此外，投資者對未來英國大選充滿期待，如果首相詹森獲勝，他可以在沒有太多問題的情況下實施他的脫歐協議。
