美聯儲如料降息 黃金探底回升
現貨黃金截止至2019年10月31日3：00收盤於1489.7美元/盎司，今日淩晨2點美聯儲宣佈年內第三次降息幅度為25個基點，並暗示除非經濟形勢惡化，否則不會進一步降息，短時間內金價出現大幅度跳水行情，一度下挫13美元至1481美元/盎司一線位置，但在美聯儲主席鮑威爾講話後金價大幅反彈，目前金價已經重新反彈1490美元/盎司一線上方，並有衝擊1500美元/盎司整數關口跡象，現階段現貨黃金價格交投於1499美元/盎司附近。現貨白銀震盪，報17.76美元/盎司。
年內第三次降息25個基點：美聯儲北京時間10月31日淩晨宣佈進行年內第三次降息，以在世界其他地區經濟放緩之際，幫助維持美國的經濟增長。不過，美聯儲暗示，除非經濟形勢惡化，否則不會進一步降息。金價在美聯儲決議公佈後，由升轉跌，不過鮑威爾講話後，金價大幅回升，一度刷新日高至1496.68美元/盎司。
日銀決議料按兵不動：日內日本央行將公佈利率決議，同時還將召開發佈會併發表經濟展望報告。市場普遍預期日本央行將按兵不動，因國際貿易局勢改善、日元走軟以及近期日本內需仍相對強勁。但是考慮到日本通脹依舊疲軟，同時因消費稅上調對於經濟的負面影響還未完全顯現出來，日本經濟下行風險依舊明顯，這可能會使得日本央行維持鴿派的論調，美元兌日元或衝擊110關口。
