德拉基卸任在即 黃金維持震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年10月19日3:00報1491.3美元/盎司，上周金價白天經過一段窄幅震盪過程後，從1492美元/盎司一線開啟回落，但下方1489美元/盎司一線支撐效果良好，金價美盤重新反彈回白天震盪區間內，本周開盤後暫未出現大幅度波動行情，現階段價格交投于1490美元/盎司一線位置。現貨白銀震盪，報17.56美元/盎司。
歐銀或將按兵不動
10月24日歐洲央行將舉行貨幣政策會議，外界普遍預期，繼9月份推出大規模刺激舉措之後，歐洲央行本月將按兵不動。歐元區官員也表示，歐洲央行政策制定者不打算在未來幾個月實施更多貨幣寬鬆政策，儘管他們在12月份可能下調經濟預測。
脫歐大限再遭延期
10月21日，受脫歐大限再度延期的影響，英鎊兌美元低開低走，失守1.29關口，幾乎回吐上週五全部漲幅。英國首相詹森給布魯塞爾發送了他一直不想發送的信。受反對黨議員通過的一項法律的約束，他正式要求歐盟將英國脫歐歐日期推遲至明年1月31日，但他明確表示寧願不延期脫歐。
