美報復措施將生效 現貨黃金強勢震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年10月15日14：00收盤於1491.1美元/盎司，昨日金價低位震盪反彈並重新回到1490美元/盎司一線上方，1497美元/盎司一線位置壓力效果良好，金價今日亞盤回落經過一段時間震盪過程後再度小幅反彈，但截止至目前依舊未能取得有效突破，價格重新回歸震盪，現階段現貨黃金交投於1490美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪，報17.61美元/盎司。
歐美關稅戰打響：美國10月9日宣佈對價值數十億美元的歐盟輸美商品加征關稅。對此歐盟向美國發出了最後的呼籲，希望不要就空中客車非法補貼加征報復性關稅，警告稱雙方經濟可能因此受到損害，並再次呼籲通過協商達成解決方案。WTO允許特朗普對每年最高75億美元的歐洲產品徵收關稅，以報復政府對空中客車的非法補貼行為。這是WTO歷史上做出的金額最大的一筆判罰。
油市波動或加劇：受沙特油田遇襲影響，9月OPEC減產合規度達到驚人的200%。但是這並不意味著油價走高，因目前全球經濟前景和國際貿易局勢仍主導油價走勢。基於此，OPEC仍傾向於維持減產甚至不排除在12月會議上進一步減產。
