歐央行再度降息 金價沖高回落
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年9月13日2:00報1498.2美元/盎司，晚間美盤時段最高價為1524.0美元/盎司，金價歐美時段多頭強勢，一度上行至1520上方，但隨後受壓補回漲幅，功虧一簣。現貨白銀報18.04美元/盎司，白銀同樣沖高回落不過幅度相對較小。
歐央行開啟負利率：歐洲央行宣佈，下調存款利率10個基點至-0.5%，預期-0.5%，前值-0.4%，此為歐洲央行自2016年以來的首次降息。歐洲央行維持主要再融資利率在0.00%不變，維持邊際借貸利率在0.25%不變。歐洲央行還宣佈重啟QE，並將開始實施利率分級制度，從11月1日起購債200億歐元/月。
美國CPI表現亮眼：美國核心CPI數據表現靚麗，美聯儲下周降息50個基點的押注基本消失，令市場對全球央行大幅貨幣寬鬆的預期降溫，令金價承壓；此外，中美貿易局勢出現改善，打壓黃金避險買需。
