早間小幅回升 金價測試千五
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年9月12日14:00報1497.6美元/盎司，早間亞盤時段最高價為1498.2美元/盎司，金價早間企穩支撐後小幅回升，目前有望重回千五上方。現貨白銀報18.13美元/盎司，白銀同樣出現小幅走高。
歐銀決議或造大影響：歐洲央行將公佈利率決議，接受調查的經濟學家預計歐洲央行9月12日會降息10個基點，而貨幣市場押注會降息15個基點。隨後央行行長德拉基將發表講話，預計重啟量化寬鬆購買計畫的可能性很高。
英國議會復會在即：英國蘇格蘭最高上訴法院週三裁定首相詹森讓議會休會至10月14日的決定違法，在政府與議會為脫歐的未來角力之際，此一裁決引發議會應立即復會的呼聲。詹森宣佈議會休會之後，政府啟動新的立法議程。
