經濟褐皮書公佈前夕 現貨黃金高位回落
現貨黃金截止至2019年9月4日14：00收盤於1541.6美元/盎司，昨日金價晚間突破低位1520-1530震盪區間後大幅反彈，直接回到前高1550美元/盎司一線壓力位置附近，但短時間內並未出現進一步走強信號，今日亞盤高位回落，沖高無力出現短時間頭部形態，現階段交投於1538美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀高位震盪，報19.38美元/盎司。
英國脫歐迎關鍵日：9月3日聯合國貿易和發展會議發佈的一份報告稱，如果英國不與歐盟達成貿易協議，將使英國在歐盟的銷售損失至少160億美元，在計入間接影響和其他市場因素後，損失可能還要大得多。9月4日將是決定英國脫歐動向至關重要的一天，雖然英國民眾對延期脫歐已經無比厭倦，但如果“無協議脫歐”成為現實，英國將為此付出巨大代價。
俄承諾9月份100%履行減產：因國際貿易擔憂情緒，以及俄羅斯和OPEC增產承壓，9月3日布油價格一度跌至近四周低點。俄羅斯8月石油產量略高於減產協議水準，但承諾9月份100%履行減產。 OPEC將在9月9日至12日世界能源大會期間舉行會議，沙特或承諾不惜一切代價減產，且要求其他OPEC成員國更好履行減產，有望提振油價企穩反彈。
