國際現貨黃金截止至2019年9月4日2:00報1546.7美元/盎司，晚間美盤時段最高價為1549.6美元/盎司，美元在高位99一線回撤，這使得金價進一步走高多次測試1550前高反壓。現貨白銀報19.13美元/盎司，白銀漲勢則比黃金更加驚人。
美國經濟再受考驗：新訂單和就業大幅下滑，美國8月ISM製造業指數三年來首次呈現萎縮。週五美國非農就業報告將出現非常強烈的負面信號。美聯儲票委布拉德和羅森格倫的表態可以看出美聯儲官員之間對降息意見分歧很大，即將出爐的數據料還會影響這些官員的判斷。
義大利新政府接近：79.3%的義大利五星運動成員支持與民主黨結盟的提議，為新政府未來幾天執政鋪平道路。這次投票意味著總理孔特現在可以完成新政府的工作，並向現任總統馬塔雷拉提交部長人選名單。
