原油減產變增產 黃金維持震盪
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年8月31日3:00報1525.1美元/盎司，金價週四自1550美元/盎司一線回落後，週五維持震盪調整，整體波動控制在1520-1530區間內，本周價格于1530美元/盎司附近開線，並未出現明顯突破跡象，目前交投于1524美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀高位震盪，報18.35美元/盎司。
反對派欲立法延長脫歐期限：上周日英國工党的脫歐事務發言人表示，反對無協議脫歐的議員將嘗試于本周通過一項立法，阻止首相詹森讓英國在10月31日無序離開歐盟。保守黨辦公室高級消息人士表示，週二所有議員都面臨一個簡單的選擇，要麼和政府一起投票，保留達成協議的機會。要麼和科爾賓一起投票，毀掉達成協議的任何機會。投票反對政府或棄權都將視為保守黨議員叛變。
原油減產效果未達預期：推動減產仍是沙特和俄羅斯為代表的OPEC+所採取的支撐油價的主要策略，但受協議約束的11個OPEC成員國8月的減產執行率為136%，低於7月的150%，油價當前的走勢顯然沒有達到OPEC所預期的效果。因為沙特對美國的出口下降，美股EIA原油庫存全線大幅下跌。
