美元維持震盪 黃金再度上漲
現貨黃金截止至2019年8月28日2：00收盤于1539.1美元/盎司，昨日黃金在回補缺口後亞歐盤整體行情維持震盪走勢進行盤整，直至美盤時段再度迎來上漲行情，從1528美元/盎司附近位置起漲，迅速突破上方1538美元/盎司壓力，並最高到達1544.4美元/盎司附近受壓回落，整體走勢依舊強勁。
詹森希望重啟脫歐協議談判：英國首相詹森表示，達成協議的可能性“完全”取決於歐盟，英國首相詹森對歐盟委員會主席容克容克表示，除非脫歐協議重新開機，取消支援北愛爾蘭“硬邊界”，否則就不可能達成脫歐協定。他警告歐盟領導人，不要相信英國議員們所說的他們可以阻止不達成協議的脫歐。英國議員們將于9月3日返回議會，反對黨和反叛的保守黨正試圖阻止他在沒有達成協議的情況下讓英國脫離歐盟。
OPEC原油庫存或大減：OPEC表示，由於全球經濟極度動盪，比預期更加深化減產是有必要的。OPEC+聯合部長級監督委員會指出，由於對經濟增長的擔憂持續，這種高水準的整體履約率抵消了市場的不確定性，遏制了全球石油庫存的增長，預計今年下半年原油庫存將大幅下降。
