全球央行年會晚間來襲：北京時間8月23日08：00 ，2019年的傑克遜霍爾會議正式開幕。為期三天會議的參與人員和日程安排也已經出爐。歐洲央行行長德拉基和日本央行行長黑田東彥缺席，市場關注美聯儲主席鮑威爾就貨幣政策發表的演講。
