美元再度走高 黃金回落震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年8月20日3：00收盤于1496美元/盎司，昨日黃金在跳空低開，並且亞歐盤出現進一步的回落走回1500美元/盎司價格下方，整體走勢偏向弱勢，同時觸及下方1492美元/盎司後受支撐承托，最終維持1503-1492美元/盎司區間震盪運行。
聯儲官員不贊同持續降息：波士頓聯儲主席羅森葛籣繼續反對美聯儲進一步減息，稱他不相信貿易放緩和全球經濟增長會顯著削弱美國經濟。羅森葛籣說，今年下半年的經濟增長率很可能接近2%。“我不是說在任何情況下我都不願意放鬆。我只是想看到證據表明，我們正在進入一種更大程度上是放緩的狀態。”他認為目前沒有必要採取政策行動。
英國為無協議脫歐做準備：英國大幅推進為無協議脫歐做的準備，將從10月31日起終止與歐盟的人員自由流動，未來幾周將公佈更多關於脫歐準備的消息，脫歐協定取決於取消愛爾蘭擔保協定，首相詹森本周將于德國總理默克爾和法國總統馬克龍會面，英國政府拒絕提前召回議會，脫歐將是首相本周與德國總理默克爾的會議主要的話題，我們很清楚在歐盟表示願意撤銷擔保方案前，不會再與歐盟進行正式的談判。
