美元重回98上方 黃金保持寬幅震盪
現貨黃金截止至8月19日14：00開盤于1506.9美元/盎司，上周黃金整體維持在1500美元/盎司位置上方進行震盪盤整，今天開盤後黃金迎來跳空低開的弱勢行情，並且一度測試下方1500美元/盎司支撐，但最終未能有效突破，目前仍處於震盪格局當中。
OPEC月報：上週五公佈的OPEC月報顯示，因減產協定和非自願的虧損導致原油歐佩克7月原油產量減少。2019年剩餘時間石油市場基本面前景似乎有些悲觀，預計全球原油需求增速將下降至110萬桶/日，並預測2020年全球石油需求增長維持在114萬桶/日不變。據二手資料顯示，歐佩克7月原油產量減少24.6萬桶/日至2961萬桶/日。其中沙特7月原油產量減少13.4萬桶/日至969.8萬桶/日，伊朗7月原油產量減少4.7萬桶/日至221.3萬桶/日，奈及利亞7月原油產量減少2.1萬桶/日至178.6萬桶/日。
日韓貿易關係緊張：韓日關係持續緊張，摩擦的影響範圍很有可能將從經貿擴大到兩國在安全領域的合作。日本媒體透露，日韓官員可能在本月中，在日韓之外的第三國舉行會晤，由雙方外交部門事務層面的一把手參加——涉及的議題除了歷史問題和經貿摩擦之外，可能還會涉及日韓《軍事情報保護協定》。
