高位震盪不改 周線保持強勢
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年8月16日14:00報1519.2美元/盎司，早間亞盤時段最高價為1527.7美元/盎司，金價近期保持高位震盪為主，市場避險仍支撐金價多頭。現貨白銀報17.20美元/盎司，白銀同樣維持高位震盪。
黃金美元同步向上：受到美國零售數據較好的影響，美元指數呈現向上走強的形態。但黃金卻沒有受到美元走強的壓力，與美元出現了同步走強的動作。目前，全球經濟下滑嚴重，美聯儲降息預期上升，黃金多頭將繼續受益向上。
油價低位小幅回升：亞洲時段，國際油價低位回升，漲幅約1%。目前市場普遍預計美聯儲、歐銀9月降息概率均高達100%，貨幣寬鬆有助於刺激經濟增速，從而支撐油價。但一系列數據表明，在貿易對峙持續、加上英國脫歐的不確定性以及美國石油庫存持續處於高位的情況下，打壓油市樂觀情緒。
