貿易形勢惡化 金價劍指前高
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年8月3日3:00報1442.3美元/盎司，上周五最高價為1448.7美元/盎司，金價受避險刺激情況下，一度逼近前高1450關口反壓。現貨白銀報16.21美元/盎司，白銀則只是小幅反彈
貿易問題仍敏感：此前美國總統特朗普表示，將對價值3000億美元的中國進口商品加征10%關稅。但兩國之間旨在緩解緊張關係的貿易磋商仍在繼續。美國和中國的談判代表週三結束了一輪簡短的貿易談判，雙方都稱這次談判是“建設性的”。
美國非農數據一般：美國勞工部表示，7月非農就業崗位增加16.4萬個，低於前一個月，工資小幅增長。7月平均工時降至近兩年來的最低水準，因製造商減少了工人工時，這一跡象表明，第三季度初經濟增長進一步放緩。加之貿易緊張局勢可能升級，可能為美聯儲下月再次降息提供彈藥。
