英銀利率決議前夕 現貨黃金低位震盪
現貨黃金截止至2019年8月1日14：00收盤於1407.4美元/盎司，受美聯儲鷹派講話影響，淩晨金價大幅度下滑，最低一度觸碰1404美元/盎司一線位置，今日亞盤雖有所反彈，但並未能成功站上1410美元/盎司一線，歐盤開盤後再度出現下滑跡象，現階段交投於1406美元/盎司一線。現貨白銀震盪下行，報16.11美元/盎司。
英銀料按兵不動：北京時間8月1日晚間19:00 英國央行公佈利率決議、會議紀要及通脹報告。而後19:30，英國央行行長卡尼召開新聞發佈會。英國央行已經表示，儘管美聯儲和其他各大央行紛紛降息，但是自己是個特例。因為無協議脫歐這將使得英國貨幣政策不同於美國和歐元區。
供需及地緣因素苦撐油價：8月1日亞洲時段油價走勢疲軟。儘管美國EIA原油庫存連續7周錄得下滑，跌至2018年11月初以來的最低水準。但美聯儲鷹派降息推動美元再度刷新2017年5月來高點，美股普跌令油價承壓。同時全球經濟增長放緩仍打壓油市求，導致油價上漲困難。
