利率決議登場 金價命運到來
國際現貨黃金截止至2019年7月31日14:00報1430.6美元/盎司，早間亞盤時段最高價為1431.8美元/盎司，金價小幅走高，暫時回到了1430上方，市場等待淩晨決議情況。現貨白銀報16.48美元/盎司，白銀保持高位震盪。
市場聚焦美聯儲：美聯儲即將於北京時間週四淩晨2點宣佈貨幣政策決定，預計將進行金融危機以來的首次降息。關注焦點是美聯儲是否為進一步放鬆政策打開大門，機構稱美聯儲可能會儘量不打破市場對於未來降息的憧憬。但同時美聯儲主席鮑威爾肯定也不會就未來的降息做出承諾，因此預計他的措辭會儘量模糊。
無協議脫歐提升：英國政府發言人表示，首相明確表示，英國政府將本著友誼的精神，有決心與歐盟展開任何方式的談判，英國明顯更傾向英國脫歐能達成協議，但該協議必須刪除北愛爾蘭擔保協議。但歐盟堅稱，其不會討論修改與特雷莎·梅達成的脫歐協議，而詹森的部長們在政府條件得到滿足之前，不會與歐盟方面進行任何談判。
